Champagne Cocktails



“Champagne…it gives you the impression that every day is Sunday” ,Marlene Dietrich, actress. 





These cocktails are easy to prepare, festive and great for Brunch and celebrations.
1.       Champagne with Pomegranate:
Put a handful of pomegranate in a champagne glass and pour Champagne carefully on top.
2.     Aperol Spritz:
Rightfully,one of the most popular Italian Cocktails.
You need:
3 Parts of Prosecco or Champagne
2 Parts Aperol
1 Splash of Soda
Ice cubes
Slice of Orange
Preparation:
Place ice cubes and   Aperol, add Champagne and Soda.
Mix gently and decorate with an orange slice. 
Raspberry Sorbet Champagne:
 
Put a portion of sorbet in a Champagne flute , add bubbly and decorate with mint leaves.
Be sure that the champagne for all Cocktails is very chilled.
